Gmail

Method 1: Mark us as “Not Spam”

1. Open your Spam, Junk, or Promotions tab.

2. If you see an email from info@midlandhorseshoe.com, open it.

3. Click “Not spam.”

4. (Optional) Drag our email into your Primary tab.

Method 2: Create a filter so we never land in Spam

1. Open any email from us (or start a new filter).

2. Click the three dots (⋮) in the top right.

3. Click “Filter messages like this.”

4. Make sure info@midlandhorseshoe.com is in the “From” field.

5. Click “Create filter.”

6. Check “Never send it to Spam.”

7. Click “Create filter.”

Optional: Add us to Contacts

• Hover over the sender name

• Click “Add to contacts”

Outlook (Web)

1. Click the Settings (⚙️) icon.

2. Select Mail → Junk email.

3. Under Safe senders and domains, click + Add.

4. Enter info@midlandhorseshoe.com.

5. Click Save.

Outlook (Desktop App)

1. Open Outlook and go to the Home tab.

2. Click Junk → Junk E-mail Options.

3. Select the Safe Senders tab.

4. Click Add and type info@midlandhorseshoe.com.

5. Click OK, then Apply, then OK.

Apple Mail / iCloud Mail

In iCloud Mail (Web):

1. Click the gear icon (⚙️) and select Rules.

2. Click Add a Rule.

3. Under “If a message,” choose “is from” and enter:
   info@midlandhorseshoe.com

4. Under “Then,” choose “Move to Inbox.”

5. Save your rule.

On Apple Mail apps (Mac, iPhone, iPad):

• Open an email from us

• Tap the sender address

• Choose “Add to Contacts”

• (Optional) Mark as VIP so Horseshoe emails are highlighted

Yahoo, AOL, and Other Providers

1. Add info@midlandhorseshoe.com to your Contacts or Address Book.

2. Check your Spam/Junk folder.

   • If you see our email, mark it as “Not Spam” or “Not Junk.”

3. If your provider supports Filters, Rules, or Safe Senders, add our email there and set messages to always appear in your Inbox.

If you’ve signed up but you’re not seeing anything from us:

• Check Spam, Junk, Promotions, and Updates folders

• Mark our emails as “Not Spam” or “Move to Inbox/Primary”

• Confirm info@midlandhorseshoe.com is saved in your Contacts
